The Spring Swing Challenge is a ten minute benchmark to assess your ability to perform as an individual trainee. The Swing is performed for A.M.R.A.P (as many reps as possible) in a ten minute period. No Kettlebell? Get started by ordering your Kettlebell HERE!
I highly recommend starting with ‘The Summer Squat Challenge’ if you are unfamiliar with Kettlebell training or the other challenges. Always remember to perform at a level you are capable of achieving comfortably. Below you can use the stopwatch and tutorial video to get started. If you need additional coaching or experience any pain please see a qualified professional before continuing with the regime. Remember, this challenge is not a training program and is only to be performed on a quarterly basis to assess your overall fitness level.
